Treats can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the treats must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

We can offer to exchange your returned products for alternate products of an equivalent value, or offer a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 Business Days to appear in your bank account once processed, as are timelines from our payment gateway partners.

For all returns, exchanges, and refunds resulting from a change of mind, the return and re-dispatch shipping costs are payable by the customer.
