Treats Swap Guarantee
Our risk free guarantee is so good that you won’t find it with any other treats company.
If your dog simply does not like a pack of treats, we’ll swap them to another treat of an equal value.
Please note: We will pass on the redelivery flat rate fee of $5 Australia wide. However, this can be avoided if your treats are combined with another order of at least $39.95.

If Incorrect Treats Were Sent
In the rare event you receive the wrong treats, please contact us on info@ohmypaws.com.au
To assist with your order as quickly as possible, we request your provide the following details; Order Number, First Name and Surname, Full Delivery Address.
We will review what was ordered, what was delivered, and ensure you and your dog get the right treats ASAP.
If there are quality issues
If your products are faulty with mould, insects, or any other issues please send all details along with photos to us at info@ohmypaws.com.au
We will review and ensure you receive a replacement or refund. Where refunds are issued you will be fully reimbursed for all costs including shipping costs, payment fees, and taxes.
