Where is My Order?
Once your shipping label has been printed you’ll be emailed a tracking number. You can then use this to track your order on AusPost’s website.
You’ll receive follow up emails one your order have been received by AusPost, and another once it has been safely delivered to your address or held at your local Post Office.
Where Do You Ship From?
Oh My Paws packs and sends orders out from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
You can feel great knowing that your order has come from Oh My Paws central straight to your house. That’s as fresh and as quick as it gets.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer Free Delivery Australia-wide for orders over $49.
Standard delivery for orders below $49 costs just $8 Flat Rate Australia-wide
If you’re in a hurry you can choose Express Post for a $14 Flat Rate Australia-wide.
I've Entered the Wrong Delivery Address!
Please ensure your delivery address at checkout is correct.
PayPal has been known to overwrite your delivery address with a pre-saved version of your delivery address in their system. Check this before pressing the confirm button too.
Once your order has been paid, we will issue an order confirmation email. Please scroll down to the bottom and double check your address is correct there.
If the incorrect address has been provided, email us ASAP with a correction to shopohmypaws@gmail.com
How Long Will It Take To Recieve My Order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days.
After dispatch, typical delivery times are:
VIC, NSW, ACT: 1-3 days
TAS, SA: 3-4 days
QLD: 4-5 days
WA, NT: 6-7 days
During sale events, promotions or public holidays, there may be a slight delay on your order being dispatched. We appreciate your patience with us during that time!
Do I Need To Recieve My Order In Person?
No, you do not need to recieve your order in person. Any delivery requirements you have for your parcel should be made as a note at checkout (i.e. leave by the door in a safe location if not at home).
Does Oh My Paws Deliver Overseas?
We do offer international shipping to select locations. Please contact us to inquire further.
International shipping times can vary quite significantly. As a general rule, please allow about 5-6 weeks shipping time for international orders.
Import duties also vary internationally and are payable by you on arrival of treats.
